For several nice customers in the region of Nijmegen we are looking for motivated and enthusiastic process operators who are willing to grow and want to make a difference.
About this position
As a process operator in the region of Nijmegen you will work in various sectors, including the food industry. You bear significant responsibility within the production process to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
It is also very important that you actively think about improvements in the process. It may happen that minor glitches occur, and in that case you are the one who solves them. At the same time, you ensure a tidy and safe working environment.
You work closely with your team to ensure production runs uninterrupted, all in an informal atmosphere. You will work a 2, 3, 4, or 5 shift schedule, depending on your preference.
Your tasks include:
- Monitoring the quality of the product, if you see something that deviates, you take action.
- Ensuring that the production line continues to run efficiently and is provided with the right materials and products.
- Troubleshooting minor glitches when they occur.
- Actively participate in the production process to identify and implement improvements.
What do we expect from you as a process operator?
We expect you to:
- Have gained experience in practice or have successfully completed VAPRO A and/or B training;
- Are able to resolve malfunctions and perform maintenance when necessary;
- Ensure a safe and orderly workplace;
- You have no problem working in 2, 3, 4 or 5 shifts.

- An attractive gross monthly salary between € 3.000 and € 4.000, including shift allowance, depending on your knowledge and experience;
